Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about Stacey’s Naturals? We’re here to help. Below are answers to common questions about our handmade natural skincare, product usage, shipping, returns, and sensitive skin support.
Q: What products should I start with?
A: If you are new to Stacey’s Naturals, a simple starter routine is a great place to begin.
For blemish-prone, dry, or easily irritated skin, many customers like starting with our Natural African Black Soap, 100% African Shea Butter, and Coffee Scrub.
A simple routine could be:
- Cleanse with Black Soap.
- Exfoliate gently with Coffee Scrub no more than 1 to 2 times per week.
- Moisturize with Shea Butter or Body Soufflé.
If your skin is very sensitive, start with one product at a time and patch test first.
Q: Are Stacey’s Naturals products handmade?
A: Yes. Stacey’s Naturals products are handmade with care in small batches. We focus on natural ingredients, thoughtful formulations, and products that support simple, nourishing self-care.
Q: Are the products good for sensitive skin?
A: Many of our products are created with sensitive, dry, and easily irritated skin in mind. However, everyone’s skin is different, so we recommend patch testing before using any new product, especially if you have allergies or very sensitive skin.
Q: Do Stacey’s Naturals products cure eczema, psoriasis, acne, or hyperpigmentation?
A: No. Stacey’s Naturals does not claim to cure, treat, or diagnose any medical skin condition.
Our products are designed to support gentle skincare, nourishment, moisture, comfort, and healthy-looking skin. Many customers with dry, sensitive, blemish-prone, or uneven-looking skin enjoy using our products as part of their self-care routine, but results vary from person to person.
If you have eczema, psoriasis, acne, hyperpigmentation, or any medical skin concern, please consult a healthcare professional or dermatologist.
Q: Should I patch test before using a product?
A: Yes. We recommend patch testing any new skincare product before full use.
Apply a small amount to a small area of skin and wait 24 hours to see how your skin responds. If irritation occurs, stop using the product.
Q: How do I use Body Soufflé?
A: A little goes a long way. Start with a small dab and gently massage it into your hands, arms, legs, feet, or any dry areas of the body.
For best results, apply after a shower or bath while your skin is still slightly damp to help lock in moisture.
Q: How do I use Body Oil?
A: Body Oil can be used as a nourishing skin oil or as a soft natural fragrance alternative.
You can apply a small amount to your wrists, behind your ears, the back of your neck, or lightly onto the body after bathing. It can also be layered with Body Soufflé for extra moisture and glow.
Q: How often should I exfoliate?
A: We recommend exfoliating no more than 1 to 2 times per week.
Use gentle pressure and avoid exfoliating broken, irritated, freshly shaved, or very sensitive areas. Over-exfoliating can make the skin feel dry or irritated.
Q: What happens if my Body Soufflé melts?
A: Because Body Soufflé is made with natural butters and oils, it may soften or melt in warm temperatures.
If it melts, place it in the refrigerator overnight or until it firms back up. The texture may change slightly, but the product can still be used.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: No. Due to the personal nature of skincare and body care products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for sanitary reasons.
Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering. If you have questions before purchasing, email us at stacey@staceysnaturals.com.
Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
