Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all customers.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns:

  • Hygiene & Safety: Skincare products come into direct contact with the skin. Returning them poses a risk of contamination, which we cannot resell or repurpose.
  • Quality Assurance: We ensure that all products are freshly made and handled with care. Accepting returns would compromise the integrity of our natural formulations.
  • Customer Well-Being: Our products are designed for personal use, and for health reasons, we cannot restock or redistribute returned items.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Soaps, body butters, oils, and all skincare essentials
  • Any opened, used, or tampered products
  • Gift cards and digital downloads

Please do not send any products back to us, as we cannot process returns.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives in poor condition, email us at stacey@staceysnaturals.com with your order details and clear photos of the damaged product.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on any replacement requests. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
